I've been sat there feeling so overwhelmed, a stroppy 4yr old, baskets full of new stock and not two seconds to try process it all. It's exhausting constantly having all these thoughts racing constantly it doesn't stop!

So I decided I need somewhere to write it all down, see if it helps ease my mind

The file ie editable so you can change pages to suit you. There's blank pages too

This uses Canva but if you don't use Canva I could send a non editable file for you to print at home.
